Computers are
serviced on a first-come first-serve basis.
We offer an expedite service for an
additional $35 that guarantees that your
computer is the next on the bench and will
get priority attention but does not
guarantee same day service. In
general, turn around time on standard
services is 2 days. This can vary
depending on several factors such as our
current workload, special ordered parts and
the complexity of the problem.
Bringing your Computer in for Service
No appointment
necessary. You can drop off your computer
Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm. Once we receive your
computer we will complete a check in sheet
and you must agree to our
Terms of Service.
If you are
dropping off a laptop we will also need your
power cord.
If you have a
desktop there is no need to bring
cords, monitor, keyboard or speakers unless
you think the problem could be related to
that component.
If you have
your original or purchased operating system
or restore discs, please bring them. We must
also have the COA (Certificate of
Authenticity), which is usually attached to
the side of your computer, in order to
reload your system. Note: If your computer
does not have a COA or has an illegal or
pirated operating system. You will have to
purchase a legal copy of Microsoft Windows
before we will reload it. No exceptions! |
